Outside of her work, Dr. Bahel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with certifications from Yoga Alliance India and The Yoga Guru Institute. She believes strongly in the integration of yoga and physical therapy, using this combination to help enhance therapeutic outcomes for her clients. Dr. Bahel also holds a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT) and is currently completing a Residency in Electromyography/Nerve Conduction Studies and a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
When she's not working with patients, Dr. Bahel enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, relaxing by the beach, and watching Netflix with her husband, Dr. Vihang Dave. Her holistic approach to therapy ensures each patient receives personalized, compassionate care that meets their unique needs.
